Standard LED strips show every pixel.

Conventional LED strips require a diffusion channel, a setback distance, or a frosted cover to hide individual LEDs. Even then, hot spots bleed through at close viewing distances. Specifiers and designers work around this limitation by hiding strips behind reveals or deep channels — adding cost and compromising the design intent.
